Use #10 needles & MC, cast on 15 sts & work in K1, P1 rib until sufficient length to fit along left front to neckline. DO NOT cast off, fit band in place.

Mark places of 5 buttons, 1st at neckline, lower
one 10cm [4”] from lower edge, 3 more evenly spaced bet.

buttonholes to match markers as follows:
1ST BUTTONHOLE ROW: Rib 6, cast off 3 sts, rib to end.
2ND BUTTONHOLE ROW: Rib, cast on 3 sts over cast
off sts of prev row.
Sew on buttons.
CAP:
