6” [popcorn square].
1ST
ROW: Sk 1 st *, work 1 sc & 1 trc in
next st, sk 1 st, rep bet * across row, ch 1, turn.
2ND
ROW: Work 1 sc in each st.
Rep
these 2 rows for 5 ½”.
Work
1 row of sc around 3 sides of popcorn square, ch 1, turn.
Work
3 sc in each sc working top of st, inc 1 st at beg & end of each row for 3”
& work st for st.
Then
work back & forth across bottom of bag for 2”.
Join
bag tog on wrong side.
HANDLE:
Ch
6, * sk 1 st, work 1 sc in next 5 sts, work in sc for 12”.
Make
other piece same.
Join
tog in sc. Work 1 row of sc at top of
bag.
Cut
lining using crocheted piece as patt.
Sew
lining & insert in bag.
Sew
zipper in top of bag.
