GAUGE:
1 sc in back lp of 4 sc, 4 dc in ch 1 = 1”

SWEATER:
Ch 76 to meas about 12”, 1 dc in 4th st from hk, * ch 1, sk 1 st of ch, 1 dc in each of next 2 sts of ch, rep from * across ch, ch 3, turn [ch 3 counts as 1 dc].

2nd ROW: 1 dc in next dc, * 1 dc in next ch 1, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, rep from * across row, end with 1 dc in each of last 2 dc, ch 3, turn.

3rd ROW: 1 dc in next dc, * ch 1, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, rep from * across row, ch 1, turn.

4th ROW: 1 sc in each dc & 1 sc in each ch 1 [110 sc], ch 3, turn.

5th ROW: 1 dc in same sc, * 1 dc in next sc, 2 dc in next sc, rep from * across row, ch 3, turn [164 dc].

6th ROW: Working in back lp of sts only 1 dc in each of next 3 sts, * work in front lp of sts only 1 dc in each of next 4 sts, work in back lp of sts 1 dc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * across row, end with dc in turning ch, ch 3, turn. 

7th ROW: Work in front lp of sts 1 dc in each of next 3 sts, * work in back lp of sts 1 dc in each of next 4 sts, work in front lp of sts 1 dc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * across row, ch 3, turn.

8th ROW: Rep 6th row, ch 1, turn.

9th ROW: * Work in back lp of sts only, 1 sc in each of next 4 dc, ch 1, sk 1 dc, rep from * across row, end with 1 sc in each of last 4 dc, ch 1, turn.

10th ROW: * Work in back lp of sts, only 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, 4 dc in ch 1, rep from * across row, end with 1 sc in each rem sc, ch 1, turn.

1th ROW: * Work in back lp of sts only, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, ch 1, rep from * across row, end with 1 sc in each rem sc.

The last 2 rows form patt.

12th ROW: Rep 10th row.

13th ROW: Work in back lp of sts only, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, * ch 1, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, rep from * 4 times [Left Front], ch 3, sk next 6 shells, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc [Sleeve opening], * ch 1, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, rep from * 9 times [Back], ch 3, sk next 6 shells, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc [Sleeve opening], cont in patt across row for Right Front, ch 1, turn.

14th ROW: Work in pat­t to ch 3 at underarm, sk 1 st of ch, 4 dc in next st, sk 1 st of ch, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, cont in patt work other underarm in same manner.

Work in patt until Sweater meas 7” from underarm, end with shell row, cut yarn.

SLEEVES: 
With right side toward you, attach yarn in center shell at underarm, ch 1, 1 sc in same sp, 1 sc in next st, 1 sc bet rows, 1 sc in next st, 1 sc in next st, ch 1, cont in patt around sleeve opening, end row to corres, join, ch 1, turn.

Work in patt on 7 shells until sleeve meas 6” from underarm, end with sc row, join, turn.

NEXT ROW: Ch 3, 1 dc in next st, * ch 1, sk 1 st, 1 dc in each of next 2 sts, rep from * to end of row, ch 1, join, turn.

NEXT ROW: Ch 1, work in back lp of sts only, 1 sc in next st, * ch 3, sc in same sp for picot, 1 sc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * to end of row, join, cut yarn.

Work other sleeve to corres.

With right side toward y, attach yarn at lower right front edge, work row of sc around right front, neck & left front work 2 sc at corners of neck, 1 sc in each st around neck & 1 sc in each ch 1 sp, cut yarn.

With right side of work toward you, attach yarn at neck edge & work picot edge same as sleeve edge, end both front corners in same manner.

Trim with ribbon as shown.

BOOTIES:
Ch 35 to meas about 6”, 1 sc in 2nd st from hk, 1 sc in each of next 3 sts, * ch 1, sk 1 st of ch, 1 sc in each of next 4 sts, rep from * across ch, ch 1, turn.

Work in patt same as Sweater for 1½”, end with sc row.

NEXT ROW: Work in both lps of sts, ch 1, 1 sc in each sc, 1 sc in each ch 1, 1 sc in end st, ch 3, turn [35 sc].

NEXT ROW: Dc in next sc, * ch 1, sk 1 sc, 1 dc in each of next 2 sc, rep from * across row for beading, ch 1, turn.

NEXT ROW: 1 sc in each dc, 1 sc in each ch 1 [35 sc], cut yarn.

NEXT ROW: [In­step] Attach yarn in 12th sc & work in back lps of sts only, 1 sc in each of next 11 sc, ch 1, turn.

Cont work in sc & back lps of sts, until instep meas 2”, cut yarn.

NEXT ROW: With right side facing, join yarn in 1st sc, ch 1, sc in same sp, work in both lps of sts, work 1 sc in next 11 sc, 7 sc on side of instep, 12 sc across instep, 7 sc on other side of instep, 1 sc in each rem sc, join.

NEXT ROW: 1 sc in each sc, de­c 3 sts evenly spaced around toe [to decrease - * insert hk in next st, pull lp thru, rep from * once, yo & work off all lps at 1 time], do not join this or following rnds.

Place marker at beg of each rnd.

NEXT 2 RNDS: 1 sc in each sc [46 sc].

NEXT RND: Work in back lps of sts only, 1 sc in each sc.

NEXT 3 RNDS: Work thru both lps of sts, 1 sc in each sc.

NEXT RND: 1 sc in each sc, dec 3 sts evenly spaced at both toe & heel.

NEXT RND: Same as last rnd, but dec 2 sts at toe & heel, join in sc to even round, cut yarn.

Sew sole & back seams.

Attach yarn at back seam & work picot edge, same as sleeve edge.

Trim with ribbon.

Work another bootie in same manner.

CAP:
C
h 67 to meas about 10½”.

Work 1st 2 rows same as Sweater.

3rd ROW: Dc in next dc, * ch 1, sk 1 dc, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, rep from * across row, ch 1, turn.

4th ROW: 1 sc in each dc, 1 sc in each ch 1 sp (64 sc], ch 1, turn.

Work in patt same as Sweater, until cap meas 6” from beg, end with sc row, cut yarn.

Sew back of cap.

With right side toward you, attach yarn at right lower edge & work 38 sc around lower edge of cap, ch 3, turn.

NEXT ROW: 1 dc in next sc, * ch 1, sk 1 sc, 1 dc in each of next 2 sc, rep from * to end of row, ch 1, turn.

NEXT ROW: Work row of sc all around cap, work 1 sc in each dc & in each ch 1, join in 1st sc, do not turn, ch 3, & work picot edge all around cap same as sleeve edge, end to corres.

Trim with ribbon.

MITTENS:
Ch 31 to meas about 5”, join, * ch 1, sk 1 st of ch, 1 sc in each of next 4 sts of ch, rep from * all around, join, ch 1, turn.

Work in patt joining & turn each row [same as sleeve] until mitten meas 2”, end with sc row.

Cont work in patt, dec 1 st in each sc section until 2 sts rem in each sc section, end with sc row.

Discontinue patt.

Work in both lps of sts, work 1 row of sc, join, ch 1, turn.

NEXT ROW: 1 sc in each sc dec 4 sts evenly spaced, cut yarn, leave end, draw thru sts & fasten tightly.

Attach yarn at seam & work 30 sc around edge of mitten, join in 1st sc, do not turn.

NEXT ROW: Ch 3, 1 dc in each sc, join.

NEXT ROW: Ch 3, 1 dc in next dc, * ch 1, sk 1 dc, dc in next 2 dc, rep from * all around for beading, ch 1, join.

Work picot edge same as sleeve edge, cut yarn.

Trim with ribbon.

Work another mitten in same manner.

BLANKET:
Work loosely ch 125, 1 sc in 2nd st from hk, 1 sc in each re­m st of ch, ch 1 to turn each row.

2nd ROW: Work in back lp of sts only, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, * ch 1, sk 1 sc, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, rep from * across row.

3rd ROW: 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, * 4 dc in ch 1, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, rep from * across row.

4th ROW: 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, * ch 1, 1 sc in each of next 4 sc, rep from * across row.

Rep last 2 rows for patt until section meas 32”.

NEXT ROW: Work 1 sc in each sc & in each ch 1.

NEXT ROW: 1 sc in each sc, cut yarn.

BORDER:
Attach yarn in any corner st, ch 1, 3 sc in same sp, work in both lps of sts & all around section work 1 sc in each sc, 1 sc in each row along each long side, work 3 sc in each corner st, join in 1st sc.

2nd RND: [Beading] Sl st to corner st, ch 3, dc in same sp, ch 1, 2 dc in same sp, * ch 1, sk 1 sc, 1 dc in each of next 2 sc, rep from * to corner, 2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc in corner sc & complete rnd to corres, join in 3rd st of ch.

3rd RND: Ch 3, 1 dc in next st, 3 dc in corner st, 1 dc in each dc & in each ch 1 all around, work 3 dc in each corner st, join in 3rd st of ch.

4th RND: [Beading] Ch 3, 1 dc in next dc, ch 1, sk 1 dc, 2 dc, ch 1, 2 dc in next dc [corner]. * ch 1, sk 1 dc, 1 dc in each of next 2 dc, rep from * all around, work all corners to corres, join in 3rd st of ch.

5th RND: Ch 1, 1 sc in same sp, work in back lp of dc only, 1 sc in each dc & in each ch 1, work 3 sc in each corner st, ch 1, join.

NEXT 3 RNDS: Work in back lp of sts only, 1 sc in each sc, work 3 sc in each corner st, join each rnd, cut yarn at end of last rnd.

Lace ribbon thru beading & finish each corner with bows as shown.
