Quick & easy to
create in a charming shell crochet pattern with a small collar, this becoming cape will become a season-spanning wardrobe favorite…perfect for many

Wind
yarn over 6 ½” cardboard, cut one end, making 13” strands, take 3 strands--fold
in half to form lp; with right side of Cape facing, insert hk in end sc of last
row of buttonhole band at lower edge, pull lp thru st, pull all strands thru lp
& pull strands tightly to form knot, sk next sc, tie fringe in same way in
next sc, * sk 1st dc of next shell, tie fringe in next dc of same
