create, this classic cape, in a ripple stitch pattern, will become a season-spanning favorite!

Directions
are for sizes: Misses’ 8-12, &
14-18; Girl‘s 2-6, & 8-12.
Larger
sizes can be achieved by increasing the size of the crochet hook & weight
of yarn.

FRINGE:
Wind yarn about 24 times around 5” piece of
cardboard, cut one end, make 10” strands.
Cont to cut fringe as needed.
Hold two 10” strands tog & fold in half to
form a lp; insert hk in end st of row before last of front band at lower edge
& draw lp of strands thru, draw loose ends thru this lp & pull tightly
to form a knot; [sk next row of band; tie two 10” strands to end of next row in
same manner] twice; tie two 10” strands to next dc & to every other st

Trim all fringe evenly.
