lower edge & 1 sc in each dc at lower edge, 1 sc in each ch around neck,
cut thread. This is right side of work.
2nd Row:
Attach
yarn at neck edge & work on right side ch 1, sc in same sp, sk 2 sc, 5 dc
with ch 1 bet each dc in next sc (shell), * sk 2 sc, sc in next sc, sk 2 sc,
shell in next sc, rep from * all around, join, cut yarn.
3rd Row:
Attach
Star Rayon Crochet in sc at neck edge, & work on right side, sc in same sp,
** ch 1, sc in next dc, * ch 1, sc in next dc, rep from * 3 times, ch 1, sc in
next sc, rep from ** all around, cut thread.
CUFF:
Attach
thread at join of sleeve, & work on right side, * 1 sc in each of next 5
dc, dec 1 st (to dec: insert hk in next st, pull lp thru, insert hk in next st,
pull lp thru, yo & pull thru all lps at one time), rep from * all around,
join, cut thread.
Attach
yarn at join & work row of shells same as around Sweater, join, cut
yarn.
Join
thread & work 3rd row of edging same as on Sweater.

ribbon thru 1st row of dcs at neck.
BOOTIES:
With
yarn & #E hk, start at toe, ch 9, sc in 2nd st from hk, 1 sc in each rem st
of ch (8 sc), ch 1 to turn all rows.
Next 8 Rows: 1 Sc in each sc, then
ch 24 at end of last row, join with sl st in 1st sc at beg of last row, cut
yarn.
FOOT:
Attach
yarn in 12th st at back of bootie & work across ch, ch 1, sc in same sp, 1
sc in each of next 11 sts of ch, 8 sc down side of instep, 2 sc in corner, 8 sc
across front of instep, 2 sc in corner, 8 sc up opposite side of instep, 1 sc
in each rem st of ch, do not join this or following rnds.
Next Rnd: Work 1 sc in each
