Crown:

Work
8 rnds even, break yarn.
Trimming:
Using 1 strand of yarn & 1 strand of Rayon ch 7, join to form ring, ch 1 & work 1 sc in each st of ch, without joining & working on inside of roll, work 1 sc in each sc until roll measures about 30”.

roll to lower edge of hat crossing roll in front of hat.

in sc, break yarn & thread.
Using
1 strand of yarn only work another button trimming in same manner.
Cover
large button with this piece.
Sew
metal button in center of large button.
Place
covered button in center of 1st button trimming.

on top of hat.

each piece thoroughly before attaching to bag to avoid stretching afterwards.

position around entire gusset.
