WAISTBAND:
Starting at narrow end, ch 11.

in each ch across [10 sc]. Ch 1, turn.

across. Ch 1, turn.
Rep 2nd
row until piece meas 18” [20”].

& work across long edge making 136 [148] sc.

& work in patt as follows:

Work same as waistband for 4” [4 ½”].

SHAPE TOP:

Sew shoulder seams.
