NOTE: Do not ch when turning at end of row.
2ND ROW:
Turn, 1 sc & 1 dc in 1st dc, * sk 1 sc, 1 sc & 1 dc

Rep last row for patt.
Work even until 14 ¾” from beg, about 59 patt row, end on
wrong side.
DEC ROW: Turn, 1 sc
