1935 Lace Evening Gown with Large Collar #501
Dinner
at eight & no guest more perfectly gowned than the clever woman who fashioned
this ensemble of lustrous, black Velveen.

follows:

ROW: 1 Sc in 2nd ch, * draw
up loop about 3/8” in length, draw yarn thru loop, work 1 sc in back thread of
loop, sk 2 ch, 1 sc in next st, rep from * across row [46 loops]. Ch 1, turn.
2ND
ROW: * Draw up loop about 3/8” in
length, draw yarn thru loop, work 1 sc in back thread of loop, work 1 sc in
back loop, 1 sc in next loop of prev row, work over 2 threads, rep from *
across row [46 loops]. Ch 1, turn.

2nd row thru out dress. Work
