SLEEVES:

Cut piece of ribbon 2” longer than waist measurement &
baste inside waistline of jacket [to keep material from stretching]. Sew in place.
Sew hook & eye or large snap fastener at front edge of
waistline for closing.
Sew in shoulder pads.
