SHAPE NECK:
Bind off 13 sts at front edge, cont decs at armhole edge & dec 1 st at neck edge every other row until all sts are worked off.

CROCHETED BORDER:
Always starting at lower corner of right front -- on right side of work -- work 5 rows of sc up right front, around neck, – inc at corners to keep flat – down left front, working in back lp of each st.
