Attach
thread at 1st row where work was started & finish 2 short sides

COLLAR

Sew
2 snappers at corners to fasten belt.
FINISHING:
Place
center of jabot at center front & sew it around slit in front & up
around neck as far as it goes.
Sew
collar around neck & fold tabs to cover slit in front to form part of
jabot.
After
blouse side seams are sewn, finish around bottom with 3 rows of sc.
